In February of 1996, Marty Stanley attended a workshop where she was asked to create her future “150 years from now.” It was about creating legacy. She said she wanted one more corporate experience then embark on her mission “to empower people to live their dreams and impact millions of people.” That’s how the seed was planted for Dynamic Dialog.
In 2000, based on her extensive experience in organizational and management development and independent studies and research, Marty set out to create a better mousetrap as it related to productivity, performance and profitability based on a new approach to leadership, communication and teamwork.
Incorporating elements of quantum physics and neuroscience, along with good, old-fashioned business sense, Marty created a process that simplifies how to get the results you want. You won’t have to remember seven habits, six steps, five keys…
Applying these concepts since 2000 – via workshops, facilitation and one-to-one consultations – has altered the outcomes that many individuals and organizations would otherwise have achieved.
