Many workplace and societal standards have become more relaxed and casual, yet there are increased expectations for productivity, market expansion and competition, and balancing work and personal life. In addition, there are generational differences that surface between Baby Boomers, Gen X and Gen Y co-workers.
This highly interactive program is designed to address these issues. Since there is no specific right way for many of these topics, participants get to “make the call.” Participants are divided into groups, assigned a topic and asked to develop guidelines they think are appropriate. Each group then provides a presentation to the rest of the group on their topic. Topics are tailored to organizational issues but can include: meeting protocol, professional image, workspace issues and blending old and new organizational cultures.
